Quality begins with wine-growing

Our philosophy in wine-growing is in line with the two family names Amistar and DeSilva.

With DeSilva we work in our old vineyards and our aim is to allow the identification mark of the ground to prevail.

Amistar is the identification mark of our family.
By using a proportion of late vintage grapes (very ripe crop of grapes) and by choosing special varieties of grapes, we produce a superior class of wine with extravagance in fragrance and flavour.
