Philosophy – from the grape to the distillate

In our small distillery we also work in the spirit of our two lines Amistar and DeSilva.
Selected grapes in the vineyard and thus also selected grape marc, and selected base wines for our own production of brandy are the requirements for authentic distillates, which we traditionally distil in two stages in our copper kettles in a water quench.

Small selected amounts are produced with the aim of convincing even the most discerning connoisseur.
