Cellar
The requirements in the cellar are established in the vineyard.

Only a wine with a pedigree and character, without alterations and with its rough edges, makes the work so fascinating and so does opening a wine - after the appropriate storage time in the cellar in stainless steel (particularly white wines) and then in wooden casks (particularly red wines) and, of course, in the bottle - which reflects everything which happens in a year from winter to the grape harvest and which has then, through care and refinement, been brought to perfection in the cellar.
That is a wine which is worth waiting for!
